Terms of Service
Effective 24 April 2026
These terms set out the rules for using Ruleer — a field operating system built for Philippine construction. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to what’s written below.
Who we are
The service
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in the Philippines (or your home jurisdiction). You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Each company should provision one organization. Invite your crew in as members — don’t share a single login across people.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Upload anything illegal, infringing, or that you don’t have the right to share.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass the rate limits, access controls, or tenancy boundaries of the service.
- Use the service to harm others, spam, or send unsolicited marketing.
- Impersonate another person or organization, including falsifying your BIR or PCAB-related records.
Your data
You own your content. We only use it to run the service for you — processing projects, generating reports, rendering filings, sending notifications, and keeping audit trails.
We treat every record as tenant-scoped: your organization, your people, your data. See the Privacy Policy for detail on what we collect and how we handle it under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
Plans and billing
Ruleer offers a free tier and paid plans, priced per project rather than per seat. Fees, inclusions, and limits are listed on the pricing page and form part of these terms when you subscribe.
Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance for the period you select, are non-refundable, and exclude applicable taxes (VAT where relevant). You can cancel a paid subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Changes to the service
Suspension and termination
You can stop using Ruleer at any time by cancelling your subscription and exporting or deleting your data.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other tenants, or use the service in a way that’s unlawful. Where the situation allows, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to correct it.
Warranties and liability
Ruleer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every use case.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Ruleer is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
